Last March, I ordered some bed sheets based on The Sweethome's recommendation. They started tearing(!) and it hasn't even been a year.

A) What's the best way to let you guys know about issues like this? Is it in an AMA on Reddit? I bet it's in an AMA on Reddit.

B) I've seen it mentioned in reviews before, but how often do you encounter changes in quality on products you recommend? Is it a common issue?
