At first I liked this idea, but after thinking about it a bit, a sequel wouldn't really make sense to me. Leeloo was designed by the Montagenwan race to be a weapon that fights the Darkness that comes every 5000 years. She, Korben, and everyone else in that movie fulfilled their purpose. Would a sequel be set even further into the future? Would Leeloo and Korben fight some kind of new threat? It would be hard to up the stakes after saving the universe in the first movie.
I'd love to see a revisiting of that cinematic universe, but a sequel probably isn't it. Maybe Ruby Rod spinoff - I think I heard that Chris Tucker could use the $. (I'm not serious, please don't do this...)
Also, Aziz, light!

Do you think you'll have "made it" enough to not use kickstarter someday? What do you see as the advantages to using kickstarter even after getting a couple of hits under your belt?

traditional Roth IRA
What do you mean by this? There's a traditional IRA and a Roth IRA. I made the mistake of rolling over my 401k to a traditional IRA. Then my income rose high enough to disqualify me for a Roth IRA. Normally I could do a backdoor Roth to get around that restriction, but the IRS has this "pro rata" rule, and essentially the existence my pretty sizable traditional IRA would cause me to pay lots of taxes. Now I'm working to roll my traditional IRA into the 401k I have with a new employer, allowing me to do backdoor Roths again without penalty.

"The universe is an endless, raging sea of randomness. Our job isn't to fight it but to weather it together on the raft of life. A raft held together by those few, rare, beautiful things that we know to be predictable...us."
We have seen a lot of changes in Jeff's character during his journey toward becoming a "good person." Do you think these have been innate changes to Jeff's personality, or do the other members of the group bring out the best in him? In other words, if the forces of life eventually had Jeff on his own away from the group, do you think he would revert back to some of his old personality traits? Why or why not?
Huge fan of the show. You are all awesome. Thanks for doing this AMA and being a part of something so special to me.
