The documentar "Waiting for Superman" has some pretty damning views on teacher's unions in general. Was it's portrayal of unions and the exploitation of the tenure system accurate? Were there any other major points that you agreed or disagreed with?

I agree. I didn't even consider the movie because the name sounded so corny (I'm a judgmental asshole). Now I'm interested.
