I train with some second tier pro triathletes, none of them do weight training, they do body weight work for stability rather than strength. Typically strength work is functional strength: swimming with paddles, riding hills in your biggest gear and running hills.

Get a coach! I went from not being able to swim (literally couldn't swim 50m) to being in the chase pack during tris, I train with swimmers under a great coach and have continuously improved. At the start of the year I would have to work HARD to make 1:50/100m, now I can swim 1:30/100m comfortably.

youve been in my two favourite shows (breaking bad and community [even though it was only a cameo]) are the cast in both those shows are cool and fun as i imagine?
also, brian cranston seems like he would be a really cool, friendly guy when he is off camera, is he?
