Absolutely!! Obviously you dont have too, what kinda stuff do you want to learn or are learning? My specialty is jazz and blues but I teach paino, violin, and drums at a public school and privately. How long have you been playing piano?

I am not op, but here is a great study of the cost of smoking in Europe. It does seem to prove that yes, this would cause more regulations on unhealthy habits. As for your second question, I would say we definitely have the best doctors in the world but very few people can actually afford them. That is why the wealthy come here. I don't know enough on the subject to talk if it will be effective and efficient, but other countries have done it successfully so why can't it be? This is just my opinion so feel free to disregard it.
