I know you didn't ask me but:

Reformulated parenteral nutrition formulas in hospitals for people who need it.

A breakfast shake for poor people in as many places as possible (I'm thinking: hospitals, schools, prisons, homeless shelters).

See how it effects their physical and mental health/mood/everything versus controls (water/no intervention) and isocaloric placebo (milk + lactase + flavouring so you can't tell which is which).

I 100% plan on doing this one day hopefully with the help of Sol & Kurtis.

On the opposite end precocious puberty is caused when people's pituatary OR pineal glands are messed up. I think we talked once about how melatonin has estrogen-like effects in some tissues, which might include the HPTA. Also as you get older the gland slowly calcifies over time ("less useful"?), so there's that.

Vitamin K (examine page not up on it yet, newer evidence showing it might help prevent some forms of hepatocarcinoma as well as cirhossis), and Spirulina also probably a good bet.

Thiamine (B1) is commonly depleted in alcoholics, and in some also have problems with B6(pyridoxine)/B9(folate) as well.

Then there's also minerals like magnesium/zinc/sodium/potassium but you've mostly got that covered.

Taurine is a pretty effective intracellular magnesium/potassium buffer and good for gall bladder/heart/eye/kidney/brain health, and some of those organs get hit particularly hard when drinking a bunch.

Then there's Spirulina which reduces general oxidation in the body (via modulating NADPH oxidase) and there's newer evidence (some already out, some coming out) showing it's beneficial for liver health.

So: Vitamin K, Thiamine, possibly Taurine, possibly Spirulina, some of what you're already taking.

IIRC old/weak people have more trouble reducing it and there might be some degree of difference but generally not worth the price difference.
