Can you teach everyday consumers about their choices at the grocery store?

My question is, for the people with lifestyles where they only buying organic/non-gmo foods being concerned with pesticides, additives, preservatives, chemical free foods and so on. What are some common items you shouldn't buy because they really are bad for you. And what are some items that carry an unwarranted bad stigma i.e. frozen foods, or certain processed meets like sausages.

I appreciate the education. Thanks for taking the time Jet.

Would you then say foods that are label Organic or Chemical Free are just marketing points, which really doesn't make a difference in people's health vs foods that may have had pesticides sprayed on or sausages with niacin(other "bad" additives)?

I'm a designer like Lee, although I don't do web design per se. Could you point me towards some good outlets to find freelance work that allows you to be a digital nomad? I primarily work in graphic design(print and web) and photography.

As a copy writer and web designer, you two are living my dream. But I really don't know if I can afford to be a digital nomad while paying $1,000(USD) in student loans every month. Really admire your lifestyle.

By the way, I'm Thai(living in the States). Do you need help or recommendations with anything? I go back every few years so I'm pretty familiar. Although maybe not so much the touristy locations. What part of the country are you at/looking to go?
