Could you explain holdback and what that means to me as a customer?

There is an obvious objection to single men. What is the theory behind it? More apt to cause jealousy, be sleezy, disrespectful?

You always hear about "meeting quotas" at the end of the month/year. Are these quotas for local sales people or a quota with the mfg? i.e. does dodge say we'll give you back 5% of COGS for XX units sold or 10% back for XXX units sold?
