How would you like to see the city approach the homeless encampments besides the ever so sweet "clearings" of the bridge underpasses, considering most of the people there are mentally ill and/or have addiction illnesses?

The road is so smooth!

Tiny houses are definitely an innovative solution. I myself have mental illnesses, and I definitely think the sense of community can keep someone going.
I thought it would be great to set something up in the bywater or in gentilly, if not just for the space, but moving them from where they know is a tricky matter, and i'm not coming from the angle that they're 'unsightly', but it was so cold last night and it gets so unbearable in the summer, it sucks to think about people not getting basic help, let alone under even worse weather conditions.

How do we get past the bureaucracy and make it happen?

Also thanks for saving souls.
