I have a question. If one day I open my browser and type in Motortrend and I get hit with a pop up that says, "Please either use our preferred auto enthusiast site 'Road and Track' or pay $3.99 for our extended car lover's browing package to access the site you requested." what do I do? Email the FCC again? Call my congressman again? Call my ISP and close the account in protest (which I cant do because I need internet connectivity for work.) Tell me what I should do.

1.What are the safety measures being put in place for VTOL for active monitoring of 360' surroundings?

Sry, that's how I feel man... if they are talking about 2020 rollouts as he says, they would need to be putting the final touches on the solutions to these questions 'now' to have adequate time to lock the spec and perform real world safety tests. He didn't even offer up a general direction they are heading in other than a generic 'simulations' answer. I didn't make him post an AMA... just seems suspicious.

Can you offer an opinion on the percentage of how many excessive force cases are 'made up' by the perpetrator, vs. how many were legit because the perp was resisting arrest?
