What country had the rudest people?

They recently installed a new boiler in my apartment building. Now we are getting "water hammers" in the pipes and radiators and it is extremely loud. The noises are so violent that I'm worried my radiator might break. The whole thing shakes every time. I have contacted management and they have had the plumbers back to "work on it" but nothing has changed the last week. Is this normal? Should I just expect loud banging from my radiator from now on? Or is there an easy way to fix it?
