How do you feel about not getting the approval to purchase the Sonics?

My daughter is 12 and is addicted to Fortnite and Youtube. My wife's friend says that she's vaccine injured. So I have two questions.

1. How do I limit screen time without being 'the bad guy'. She's a straight-A student, a musician, and a volleyball player, but whenever she's home it's literally cell phone in one hand, xbox controller in the other.
2. What kind of surgery do you recommend for my wife's friend to get her to remove her head from her ass?

My wife always wondered why I always had the volume off when Charmed was on. Then she figured it out.

You need to realize that Trump himself doesn't have that kind of power. (See also: Gitmo's still open after 7 years of Obama) Especially not in an immediate timeframe. Something like that has to go through Congress, he just signs off on it at the end.

The problem is I see her spiraling into what a couple of my friends have gone through. When she's playing there's nothing else on her mind. She gets so hyper focused that, for instance yesterday she stayed home, played a solid 12 hours. Didn't shower, didn't eat lunch, didn't even realize that she hadn't done that until we got home and asked about her day. And as somebody that had to fire an employee that was a really good friend of mine a few years ago because he was missing work to play WoW, then watch him get divorced and lose his kid because he was ignoring them to play his games, I don't want her to get into those kinds of habits early.
