To clarify, i'm just playing devils advocate . With all due respect I don't need you telling me what other people do and don't think. I've heard people explicitly put forward the opinion I articulated and you saying the opinion doesn't exist doesn't refute the point.

Thank you for answering. To follow the analogy, I think people who are against the use of methadone would say it's almost like a faulty car. You can follow all the rules of the road but if the car is faulty you'll crash all the same. If the truck manufacturer kept selling trucks with faulty brakes wouldn't we castigate them?

How do you feel manufacturing Methadone when you know the opioid related deaths are increasing rapidly. According to the CDC methadone related deaths increased 9% from 3.5% per 100,000 in 2013. Do you think you should have a duty of care when you manufacture such a harmful substance ?
