Completely agree. When my wife and I were looking for a car a couple years ago, one dealership kept playing games with various add ons and pricing and the we will check to see if I can just happen to get you the 500 dollar discount (that online said she would no get problem). After 20 minutes of their games and price going up my wife was done and walked out and in tears in the car.

I emailed dealerships and one gave me to the penny what the out the door price would be we went there and in and out with a new car in one hour.

The first dealership emailed a week later with a new price that was close to the second price and was shocked that we had already bought.
