Re shared standards and incentives, I agree. And yet GTFS was an initiative of Google, where the other agencies followed on. Do you have any ideas about finding areas of shared incentives similar to that? Put another way, where are there other agencies with interests like GTFS, who could collaborate if only a format was created?
