Guy's account is a day old. Given the number of people saying "How is this different than the other 10 people doing this?", it's safe to say this shouldn't be as high as it is.

He runs essentially the exact same system as any of the other people doing it. Also, using the term "hacker" is utter horseshit, and just trying to look trendy.

Guy should be reported for vote manipulation. If you want to use his service, by all means, but in a month it'll be 90% delegated to "premium" subscribers.
