Do you do sumo deadlifts?

I registered on July 1st and they called me on July 19th. The lady said it was some sort of record. I'm in the middle of going through the final stages of testing now. Some people just get lucky!

How do I actually get the speed I pay for? I pay for 15/1 and consistently get 7/1 every day/evening/night. Is there anything I can do or am I hosed because all advertising says "up to"? I test my speeds multiple days at different times and never get above 8 down.

I requested my personal history/docs through the FOIA and was denied.

What's the point of the FOIA if it doesn't work? Why was it allowed to be denied? Is there anything I can do to actually see the information my government has on me?

I don't even do fun stuff. Last time I got a speeding ticket was like 2009 or something.
