There are other areas he could adjust. His policies would also likely benefit private space exploration, such as projects like Musks.

I could see a tax-exempt type of policy for expenses related to space exploration for the purposes of improving the survivability (not a word?) of Earth and Humanity.

Or they may care less as individuals due to the totalitarian nature.
