Thank you for your work on Babylon 5. It still stands as one of my favourite shows of all time and I rewatch it every few years.

You are expected to provide a consistent level of service. And consistent is more important than good. Exceptional is right out of the question.

It would take me 30s to get your X Box online, or 5 minutes to explain why I can't... get written up for the 30s because it's not consistently shitty and Gary down the way doesn't know how.

I worked for comcast support for a while. God that sucked.
