Lol, come on bro. That's a really naive response. Here are the issues, just because the name means something to you, doesn't make one bit of difference. Yes, you might get away with it for awhile, but the problem is that if you're lucky, and your business does well, you most certainly will find yourself in a legal battle. These type of things are what cripple small businesses because cash flow is so critical in the first few years. You could simply avoid all of this by changing the name now. Nothing drastic, but change the spelling, or include a second word. It's not hard to get around this type of issue, and have something that will probably hold up if they do chose to fight it, but to be so stubborn because "it means something", is dumb.
