Are there any ideological litmus tests for working at Al-Jazeera? Were you asked your opinion on Israel/Palestine for instance during your hiring process?

What are your thoughts on the allegations that ISIS is actually controlled by the Assad regime? Considering the regime's close association with Russia, and the well known KGB tactic of running your own phony opposition groups, it doesn't sound that implausible, although I haven't seen any solid evidence.
