Bruh. Indian here who grew up in Dubai and currently live and work in the US. There's quiet a few of us around here. Then again when I was growing up there, there was just Americans University of Dubai out there. Bits and other good tech schools were juuuuuuust starting and I didn't wanna be a part of a new school.
