Did/are you at at calm with everything just "being"?

When I was about 20 I wanted to get into this profession purely because I really appreciate the art. But I didn't know where to start.

How did you end up managing to start?

what's better for the body.

Cardio, or strength training?

I got tested a while ago because my then partner had Hep C (they were given a life saving injection at birth with an infected needle in a Russian hospital)

Anyway, it turns out I am Immune to Hep C. Why did that happen?
