I had my heart attack when I was 34. Genetics and stress are my 2 biggest factors. I never smoked or took drugs. I didn't have a drink until after I was 21 and after that I averaged maybe 5-6 a year. My diet was decently balanced although I drank a lot of pop in my 20's. My job had me running around a lot and I worked out about 3-4 hours a week for the year and a half before my heart attack. The heaviest I ever was before my heart attack was 205 lbs. and I was at 185 when it happened.

My dad's father died in his early 40's and his brother at 38 from a heart attack. My uncle was a heavy drinker though. My dad had his first heart attack in his late 40's and died at 62.

I ended up with 4 stents in my heart, but luckily my heart suffered little damage. My ejection fraction was at 75% after my stents were placed. So I consider myself lucky, but I have been really bad lately and worry on a daily basis that I will have another heart attack.

Edit: Fixed Ejection Fraction

Mia might have covered this topic in her cheating book, but have either of you look into the psychology of players who spend ridiculous sums of money on in game items? Just curious on the motivation and if these players bounce around a lot between games.
