When my phone says rain at 5pm is “50%” does that mean 50% chance? Or 50% of Jacksonville should experience rain?

I was baker acted once when I was taken the hospital acting crazy with rhabdomylisis. I thought they were cutting my dick off when they put the catheter in and I went a bit nuts. I was 100% sober. Due to the hospital needing the bed on day 2 I was taken the the mental health wing until I could meet the psychiatrist the next day to prove it was organ failure and I wasn’t actually crazy. I was there for 4 hrs until they discovered I had pneumonia and was taken back to real hospital and baker act withdrawn. Those 4 hrs were terrifying and the nurses were very mean to me. They refused to let me sleep (it was 11pm) and said it wasn’t healthy to sleep that early. Once they discovered I had pneumonia they treated me like royalty. My question is, do you guys consider some people there might not actually belong?
