I know it's hard to believe, but there are people out there who take pleasure in causing others pain, and with as large a site as reddit is, and with this being one of the largest subreddits, you will see some of those assholes. But don't let it get to you, being 18, I haven't been in a situation like yours, but I do know it's not as black and white as "Just go to court, she did meth, open and shut case." Some people don't understand, they create this hypothetical scenarios like: "If it was me, you would've bet I'd got me kid back." or "He could've easily fixed situation x by doing y..." , it goes on and on. But that isn't how things work, people like us know that, shit happens and the smallest variables uncounted for can shatter your world to pieces, just like that. You seem like a good guy, and I think it's nice your using social media as a coping mechanism. Just remember, this subreddit has 7 million people subscribed to it, of those, probably 10,000-15,000 of those accounts exist purely to shit on other people, whatever it is they're saying, they're most likely saying it just so they can get off on the thought of you crying over it. wish you the best of luck and hope things turn out better for you soon.

Never say never man, medical technology moves pretty fast, you never know, Optic Nerve transplants could be a simple procedure a few years down the road. I do have another question I'd like to ask, now that you're blind, how does music sounds, do you listen to a lot of it? I had always wondered if Music could somehow sound...better, if sight wasn't distracting from it.

Cool, "Same Old Kid" was an amazing song BTW that really showed us all that Froggy was capable of writing really complex and serious and well-written rap as well as funny stuff. I really hope we see some more serious stuff in the future.

Judging by the answers you've given, and the fact that you're only sixteen, I'd say you won't have to worry about finding gainful employment down the road.
