Do you get any kids flying unaccompanied? Is it a lot of work for you when you have young passengers to keep an eye on? My son flew that way a few times when he was younger and he had great experiences both times.

I used to work in an area similar to an emergency call handling center. One operator took a call from a distressed 17 year old girl who had been raped by a taxi driver. Operator got the police on the way but the girl jumped in front of a vehicle and was dead by the time they got there.

I worked in a technical capacity at a dispatch centre for our state road authority. Once a year our techs got to do part of a shift on the phones to get a better idea of what the work involved. So our lead electrician answered the call from a driver with a broken down trailer on the hottest day of the year. Motorist explained that all the pins on one hub had sheared off so our guy exclaimed what? you've got stripped nuts and the reply came listen mate its 45 degrees out here.
