At what age did you find out that your birth mother was irresponsible during pregnancy? How did you take that?

Have you ever said anything to a pregnant woman you see being irresponsible and explained your condition?

What kind of support have you received since returning home? Be it physiotherapy/rehab, or mental health support? Just interested to know as it must have been quite the transition.
