How is this AMA so heavily upvoted but with so few questions and poor responses?

This AMA is shoddy, the AMA contributors are not offering an interesting insight into their perspective or any substantiative or scientifically/ economically backed arguments against the Keystone XL pipeline other than their personal anecdotes and rally cries of OIL BAD and NIMBY.

Disclosure: I'm for the pipeline but think that there will be environmental repercussions that aren't being taken into consideration. Regardless, this is the better alternative - clean energy sources are nowhere near maturity to feasibly replace what we can get from this
