I work for Frito-Lay, a division of Pepsico. Kind of the same job, but where I live, we do things slightly different than them.
I roll into work at 3-3:30 am on a late day. I get my computer, hop in my truck and then go service 10-15 accounts. In my case, that means I deliver the order, check it in with a designated employee, and then put it on the shelf, rotating old product to the front and new product to the back. Depending on the store, you could be there for 30 mins to a couple of hours. I start early because most grocery chains expect you to be off of the floor by a certain time.
I graduated with a BS in Psychology in 2010 (let's not get into that). It was either the Navy or a job in mental health that paid 20k. My buddy's dad worked for a similar company, got me a job, and I worked there for a year before I was forced to find another job due to an unforeseen company buyout. Got the job here, been here for three years. My days off are Tuesday and Wednesday, which can be tough. Also, no AC and the heat is a joke. During the summer, you can drink Gatorade all day and never piss.
Edit: Money can be good. Pepsi is different, but I make around 55k.

To be fair, regarding days off, I have it rough. Normally you'd have Wednesday and Sunday off, with a short Saturday, but that's just the case in my location. I love working by myself for the most part and being able to pop in my headphones and listen to some JRE at work, but the good outweighs the bad in some instances.
