I have been in IT for over 20 years and I have seen a lot of customer satisfaction survey systems and that is without a doubt the most fucked up one I have ever heard of. A binary score?

Pretty much the single thing I have learned from just recently watching both seasons of OITNB is that I do not like seeing Crazy Eyes cry. It makes my heart hurt too.

If you haven't, be sure to talk to a doctor who knows about treating migraines. The triptan-type non-narcotic drugs they have now were a literal miracle drug for me after decades of suffering. Now instead of spending entire days in bed and vomiting, I can give myself one simple injection and I'm fine within 30 minutes. (There are also pills, and at least one nasal spray, too, but the injections seem to work best for me.)

This is exactly it. It takes a bit of money out of the economy which is always being infinitely generated as well.

Also, having even a tiny cost tends to discourage people from overusing a resource. If there was no cost at all, people would probably flood the auction house with many times more shit than they currently do.
