Medical Cannabis - There seams little interest by yourself in a dispensary model vs a pharmacy model, is that correct and if so why?

Though the RCBill, report was positive. (congrats) It still raised a lot of crazy elements (chapter 2 especially) on things like Cannabis causes cancer, brain morbidity, and is overall bad but pharma is good) and can only ever be illegal. Will that sort of crazy stuff have to be addressed.. ??
