Even if marijuana is legal, won't driving while smoking or smoking while in the car still be illegal? Doesn't that nullify that argument?

I find this so incredibly curious and I typically chalk these type of reactions up to red vs. blue politics, (in other words they are afraid that their support for this action goes against politicians that they've supported.)
Did you get a specific reason for their response?
I lean libertarian use to tend to hang around conservatives, I know it was incredibly frustrating when we were learning about the domestic spying under Dubya how apathetic to downright supportive my friends could be (not libertarians, they appall Dubya, I'm speaking specifically of 'traditional' conservatives aka neo-cons)
I'm just interested in anything you may have learned while discussing with your friends.

It's good that you called anyways though. If more people in his district call he'll at least know that he has to be careful about what he says and supports.

Thanks for taking the time to give an honest answer. That said, something has to change because what's going on right now (at least in the US with prosecution) isn't working. Cops are operating above the law and that's not OK.
Thanks again though for the answer.

I just re-watched this episode a couple of days ago and can't stop walking around saying, "I don't know, they're college girls and they've gone wild." Too funny.
