Dr. Morley Davidson, if you're wondering. If you were at Nats, he's the guy who announced God's number in QTM. (If you haven't heard about it, basically it's that any state can be solved in 26 quarter turns or less. Interestingly, unlike with HTM, there only appears to be a handful of states that require 26 quarter turns to solve.)

He memorized all of them optimal (and does recog by orientation + permutation, which is kinda slow), so I guess if you want a case, you'd just use cube explorer.
