Hoping to make it up to Nationals, Madi! :) I live near LA so it's not too far. He says he likes ice dancing and pairs best because he could skate with "pretty girls" (it starts...) I'm hoping over the weekend my husband and son will come up with me for Nats. I skate, but just for a hobby/exercise, got to try dance a bit a few years ago but they canceled offering the classes. :( Loved it far more than trying to jump!!

I am trying to get him into off ice dance lessons. I hope it works out, it's hard to find classes around here for boys that are not only hip-hop. He's the only boy in his skating class too, it's sad skating is so stigmatized for boys. :(
