The downside is that now you get people coming on the show that don't care at all about getting a deal - they just want the exposure.

The average customer probably does know that those metrics are tracked, they just don't care because they don't want the stupid membership or warranty, and they definitely don't want to pay for it.

It's a noble idea, but you guys really need to do more (and better) planning. I mean, you had just a launch page up and you've already been reddit hugged to death...
