Let x be number of drug addicts, where x >= 0.
Let y be total population, where x > 0.
=> Addiction rates are x/y.

Murder z drug addicts, where z <= x
=> addiction rates are (x-z)/y

(x-z)/y =< x/y since (x-z) < x, which holds as z<x and z,x >=0

Now we have shown that as long as z>0 (equivalent to "murdering someone who uses drugs"), murdering those who use drugs reduces addiction rates.

How important is cardio actually? I like to think that the sex I have accounts for all the cardio I need, so when I'm at the gym I generally only rip at weights and do core exercises.
