How does your company differentiate itself from other textile companies? How do you compete against low cost alternatives?

What kind of quality controls do you have? Software to track defects, etc? I work in IT for a textile manufacturer, so I'm curious.

And I had no idea about the Bojack Horseman episode - I will have to catch that one.

Wow. I looked up the episode - I'll have to watch. I'm glad they at least provided accurate representation. My parents and my wife's parents both still live there, so I'm hoping that something turns around soon. Maybe I'll find out about it in a future episode of BoJack Horseman :).
