Show me the case studies ... show me something that does not help my case of you being ill informed.
You should check out the effects of the Columbian decriminalization , and the USA decriminalization and then you'd see that you are wrong and everything about your statement is wrong.
In the real world only a small percentage of people end up in the bad circle and there will ALWAYS be such people around.
There is noone saying that the drugs are good for you ... they are saying that the "war on drugs" is a stupid idea from the start.
Why not take the money that the ineffective police get for the war on drugs and put it in a more logical location such as education the younger generation about the pro's and con's of drug use and also create a better rehab programs that do not simply throw people out as soon as they've been sober for 2 days.
Regulation means that it will follow the same rules as for instance alcohol ... teenagers and young adults have and will always have the problem of irrationally seeking these things.

Do you see a future in the x86 architecture in desktop computers ? How soon do you think we'll see a new architecture ?
I have used intel CPU's for my gaming addiction since my parents bought me a 286 machine in the olden days.
