Nice work on the degrees! I'm a C5 quadriplegic, and have been for 13 years. I earned my PhD last year, and have a tenure-track faculty position at a state university.

The toughest part for me is having help to get to and from campus and get set up in the classroom. I teach various programming courses and have found many shortcuts and tricks on my computer to help me out. I love it because it's very fulfilling. Plus, I get to hang out with college kids.

I'm a C5 and I still feel hunger and when I'm full. I can also feel if I have an upset stomach.
