At any point in development did you ever personally come up with a feature that was great on paper but didn't work so well in practice? If so what was it?

Is that an answer to the former or the latter? Best to clarify now cause if you meant the latter and people assume the former well then people will run with "ONLY 2,000 PEOPLE ALLOWED IN WvWvW!" and I'm sure you know how that is.

There's going to be individual servers like most other MMOs and you will be able to move from server to server with no fees to you. Though there's going to be a penalty of some sort in regards to WvWvW, it's unknown how long but when you transfer servers you'll be unable to participate in WvWvW for a period of time as to prevent people from jumping to the best server every two weeks.
