I don't get it

I just want to tell you that my gf had the same operation, and the scars will fade away and you will recover all the sensitiveness (don´t know if that's actually a word).

If you are trying to be creaive in a way that is robably really important, creativity desn't apear from nowhere, it usually comes from external stimulus and from going out of your comfort zone.
