thats the red forest. It was allready red before '86.

there's enough history and encouragment to let people know what happenend (especially in this rightwing populist-dominated time nowadays) and especially in the countries directly affected by it (germany, austria, poland) reminders in any terms of information are done so often nobody will ever forget. its the burden(?) of the countries people to remind everyone that something like this should never happen again.
