I was a 911 call taker for 6 months as a part of a special assignment. There was a ton of frustration (i.e. people not having any clue what their own address was or what street they lived on or even the name of their apartment complex) and a lot of annoyances (like the guy who called 911 to ask if 911 was hiring...or the people who had deactivated cell phones and would dial 911 to find out why 911 was the only number their phone would dial) The one thing there was a dire lack of was people thanking the calltakers for the job they do. It takes a great deal of patience and a cool even head to take a call from a hysterical person and get them the help they needed. So again...Thanks.

That might be the worst call I've ever seen on televised poker.
