More controlled fat content has to be a good thing though. I know my beef doesn't come with a precise ratio of fat:protein, it's a rough estimate if anything at all.

Despite how OP seems to glorify it (it's in her best interest as a businessman), the essay is often nothing more than a test to see if the applicant can string a few logical thoughts into coherent sentences.
