That's a shame :'(

Anyway regardless of that you made a 26 year man squeal like a little girl when you walked on in that scene so, well done.

Clearly not OP but I wanted to chip in here.

There is a huge misconception about how Human Rights Law works.

The TL;DR of it is that we helped set up the European Convention and then signed onto it [that was a Tory Government in the 50s] This lead to anyone with Human Rights issues having to go to Europe to make a case.

European rulings are only guidelines that we have to fit into our own law, unless they rule something is in violation of ECHR than our Government, rightly, has to change something, otherwise our Government could be open to indiscriminately imprisoning people that it doesn't like, political activists etc

Our own Human Rights Act of 1998 basically covers everything in the ECHR and actually allows our own judges to pass rulings within this country, rather than an individual having to go all the way to Stasbourg (which could take up to 5 years and cost 10s of thousands of pounds) which gives us more power over how we deal we Human Rights issues. Cases only go to Europe now when someone appeals a ruling, and quite often Europe agrees with what has been ruled here already.

So by scraping our own HRA we would actually become more accountable to Europe.

For anyone interested here are some links to read on the subject.

My own view on prison's voting rights is that some should have the right to vote, not a blanket ban. This is what the EU has said and with good reason. Long serving convicts clearly shouldn't vote, but anyone on short stints, up to a year, that will clearly be affect on release by the effects of an election should have their opinions heard and should be able to vote on who will be running the country they live in once released. These people are likely to be white collar criminals, young offenders, first offenders etc and not the murderous kiddie fiddlers we all think of when we discuss prisoners voting rights.

I've had this same issue with girls before. One inparticular got really offended. Had I known it was a disorder of sorts I might have felt better trying to explain it to her and work on ways to both have fun, as it were. I know for next time though
