I'm curious - under what parts of the constitution would DACA be considered unconstitutional?
If Congress passes a law that regulates something they do not have authority on, then there is no requirement for the executive to enforce it. Congress has authority over immigration (edit: naturalization, not immigration per se), but does not have complete authority over deportation, foreign affairs, border security, criminal law enforcement, etc. Another example many Constitutional scholars think might be right (but hasn't had a case come up yet) is that Congress cannot pass a lot banning torture by our military abroad as the executive has sole discretion in military action abroad (see: Bybee Memos). I mean, they can pass the law, but the executive has no Constitutional obligation to follow it.
Now, I could see the work permit aspect of this overstepping Congressional authority under the Commerce Clause, possibly. But in terms of deportation, that is simply criminal enforcement which is discretionary.

In Kindergarten I was scolded by my teacher (who called my parents) because I was the only kid who didn't answer "Power Rangers" when we went around said what our favorite TV show was - mine was Kids in the Hall, and to this day it is still one of my favorite shows.
Will you guys ever do another American tour again? Work on new material?
