Hi Joseph, no really pertinent question, but I just wanted to thank you for something you probably don't remember but I certainly do. Many years ago, my younger sister decided to take up acting, and I went with her to her first gig, as an extra in one of your movies, Premium Rush. You needed a few extra people for a scene on a school bus, and I volunteered to fill in. It wasn't a big scene obviously, but I was proud of my role as the boy on the bus.

This is me, in that scene. (I'm the one in the red circle.)

Anyway, in between scenes, I went up to you and asked for a photo, and you said yes. You talked to me about school and acting and movies for a couple of minutes, and thirteen year-old me was very happy. So I just wanted to thank you for being one of the coolest celebrities I've ever met and for making my day that summer afternoon. And also for taking the time to do this AMA. We all certainly appreciate it!

And since I have to ask a question, what's your favorite TV show?

Hi Jay, I'm a big fan of yours and wanted to tell you that you're one of my favorite cast members. And I've wanted an answer to this for a long time so I'm hoping you can give me one.

On Friday, January 31, 2014, three of us entered the standby line around 4:15 PM, and we camped out overnight for a chance for tickets to the Melissa McCarthy/Imagine Dragons episode.

The next morning, we got the tickets—numbers 11, 12, and 13—for the dress rehearsal.

We slept all afternoon and returned that night, hopeful that our numbers would be lo enough for us to get in, and luckily they were. We went through the metal detector and into the elevator before making our way up to the studio.

And after some Colin Jost standup and another short performance, the show was starting. And the cold open from dress was one my my favorites ever—it was a parody of President Obama's (at the time recent) State of the Union address, which was interrupted by Justin Bieber's critique of the address. It was hilarious.

When I got home and turned the TV on, the cold open for the live show was the Super Bowl Half Time show sketch, which was funny, but not as good as the opening during dress.

So here's my question: why was this cut, and is there any way you can convince someone at NBC to release it?

Thanks so much for doing this AMA! I'm a big fan of yours and hope you choose to run again in 2016.

The 2016 election will be the first election in which I will be of legal age to vote, and I consider myself a moderate, liberal-leaning libertarian. All of my fellow libertarian friends would like to see a libertarian president, but most of them feel that voting for a third-party candidate in a national election is a waste of a vote. What would you say to those people, and what can I do to encourage people to take third-party candidates seriously in the future?

Hi Carlton, I really enjoyed Bates Motel's first season, and I'm looking forward from Season 2. I have two questions for you: what are you most excited about for the show's second season and do you know how the show is going to end?
