I sell packaging equipment and such so I might be able to answer this. I'm not sure about this guys plant, but a lot of companies fill bags with pure Nitrogen instead of regular air. They do this for a couple reasons, the first being that it helps keeps things fresh. Without O2 a lot of crap won't grow inside the bag. Salad mixes, bottle water & other liquids, etc., are pumped full of nitrogen and sealed.

The second reason is you really need to use tanked air/nitrogen for filling food bags because House Air--compressed air used throughout the plant--isn't very clean or dry. Nitrogen tanks are pretty much the same cost as air tanks and it has the added benefit of no O2.

Listen, I'm not saying you should give the first person asks for a big discount on a Thin Briefcase a discount, but I would if I were you. Also, can I have a discount. I'll buy it right now.
