Sure one model was the 2011 Chevy Malibu LTZ. We looked at 4 of these cars and when it was time to hammer out a deal 4 different dealers would not negotiate at all stating that the online price was th best they could Do.

The other car was a ford fusion SEL. Same circumstance. I live in Chicago and these were Chicago land dealers but not in the city.

All the cars we looked at were CPO

My SO is the market for a lightly used car. She has her own finnicaing and has a very good down payment. But everytime we get down to buying the car the dealer doent want to budge away from sticker. I mean not 1 cent.

Is this a new practice? We find these good deals online then the dealer is absoultley unwilling to budge on sicker price! Not even $100.

Could maybe shed some light on this phenomenon
